| Eagle Eye issues a free,
weekly newsletter called "Tips and Stats." The
newsletter contains three parts. The first part is Shop
Talk about the state of current and upcoming data releases
and other issues concerning the contract and grant information
we publish.
The
second part, the "Tip," offers a quiz about
a topical procurement issue designed to draw attention
to a potentially important spending trend or regulatory
issue with contract implications.
The third part of the newsletter, the "Stat,"
contains a Top 10 spending profile of a new, selected
Product/Service category each week. Each PSC profile
shows the PSC's Top 10 Agency Buyers, the Top 10 Overall
and Top 10 Small Business vendors and a final table
showing the Top 10 Place of Performance Metropolitan
Areas where the money was spent.
